1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MarvinOS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MarvinOS is a personal AI assistant platform that provides:

AI-powered chat and voice interactions
Persistent memory and personalized assistance
Browser automation and computer vision capabilities
E-commerce tools (product catalog, storefront, checkout)
Integration with third-party services (Telegram, PayPal, browser extension)

3. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address and choose a secure password (8+ characters)
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account

4. Coin System & Billing

MarvinOS uses a coin-based billing system to track AI usage
Free accounts receive an initial allocation of coins upon registration
Additional coins can be purchased via PayPal
Coins are non-transferable and non-refundable once used
Unused coin balances on active accounts do not expire
Subscription plans auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or accounts
Submit content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates the rights of others
Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Service (outside of approved APIs)
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
Resell or redistribute access to the Service without prior written consent
Use the Service to generate spam, phishing content, or malware

6. AI Disclaimer

MarvinOS uses AI models to generate responses. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. The Service is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or other expert advice. Always verify important information independently.

7. Intellectual Property

The MarvinOS platform, including its design, code, and documentation, is owned by MarvinOS
Content you create using the Service (e.g., generated text, code, images) belongs to you
By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data as needed to provide the Service

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:

Your data is stored in isolated per-user directories
We do not sell your data to third parties
You can delete your account and all data at any time
Conversations are processed by OpenAI's API under their usage policies

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with notice

10. Limitation of Liability

MarvinOS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

11. Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through the Settings panel or by contacting us
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days for recovery purposes, then permanently deleted

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MarvinOS operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
